Mitch Mitchell died this week of natural causes. He was a unique drummer and person.

Mel Galley passed away last month.

Our band played quite a few dates with Trapeze, and they were a very hard act to follow.

Mel was a great guitarist, songwriter, and vocalist. He also had a great sense of humor.

He was a "one of a kind" and I'm sure that he had many more original ideas to contribute at the time of his passing.

Stevie saw both Bill and Randy recently at a show that Bill was playing.
Bill sounded great, as usual.
Randy is doing well and is still involved in the music world.

The latest via telephone with W.H.:
Warren opened the show at the Hollywood Bowl with a solo version of the "Star Spangled Banner" this week.
He is still doing lots of session work.
He tours, singing and playing alll his instruments with Donna Summmer and Olivia Newton John.
Warren has two surprise projects coming up with two rock artists that he has previously worked with.....
